To maintain a trustworthy, secure, and premium shopping experience for our customers, all registered vendors and sellers ("Sellers") must strictly adhere to this Seller Policy. By listing and selling products on Uczon, you agree to comply with the guidelines, processing standards, and quality requirements outlined below.

## 1. Account Management & Security
* **Accurate Information:** Sellers must provide authentic, updated, and valid business details, including identity verification, contact information, and bank account details for timely payouts.
* **Single Account Policy:** A seller is permitted to maintain only one registered seller account on the platform unless explicitly authorized in writing by Uczon management.
* **Account Responsibility:** Credentials must be kept confidential. The seller is fully responsible for all activities, product listings, updates, and transactions occurring under their account dashboard.

## 2. Product Listing & Content Standards
To ensure a high-quality marketplace, all listings must reflect true product conditions, accurate descriptions, and realistic expectations.

* **Authenticity Guaranteed:** Only genuine, authorized, and original products may be sold on Uczon. The sale of counterfeit, replicated, pirated, or fake goods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
* **Accurate Descriptions & Specifications:** Listings must include precise specifications. For example:
  * **Electronics (e.g., Used Laptops):** Must explicitly state the exact processor generation, RAM, storage, battery health, and any minor cosmetic scratches or wear.
  * **Perfumes & Ittar:** Must list the exact volume (ML), packaging details, and genuine scent profiles without misleading claims.
* **Pricing Transparency:** Prices displayed must be final and inclusive of all applicable platform taxes. No hidden costs or extra surcharges can be demanded from the buyer post-purchase.
* **Image Guidelines:** Product images must be high-resolution, clear, and professional. Images must realistically represent the actual item being sold without misleading filters or artificial enhancements.

## 3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Customer satisfaction relies heavily on fast and reliable shipping. Sellers must optimize their backend operations to meet Uczon's logistics standards.

* **Fulfillment Window:** Orders must be properly packed, labeled, and marked as "Ready to Ship" within **24 to 48 hours** of receiving the order confirmation.
* **Real-Time Inventory Management:** Inventory and stock counts must be updated regularly on the vendor dashboard. Out-of-stock cancellations hurt the platform’s reputation; frequent cancellations due to poor stock management will result in penalties.
* **Safe & Secure Packaging:** Products must be securely packaged using appropriate defensive materials (e.g., bubble wrap for fragile glass perfume bottles, anti-static or shockproof packaging for electronics) to prevent any transit damage.

## 4. Quality Control & Restricted Items
Uczon enforces a zero-tolerance policy for substandard, expired, or prohibited goods.

* **Pre-Dispatch Inspection:** All items must undergo a thorough quality check by the seller before being handed over to the courier. If an item is second-hand or refurbished, its operational health must match the exact description provided online.
* **Banned Categories:** Sellers are prohibited from listing illegal substances, weapons, hazardous chemicals, adult content, or any items that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or copyrights.

## 5. Returns, Disclaimers, and Customer Service
Sellers are obligated to support Uczon's customer-centric approach to build long-term buyer trust.

* **Return and Refund Compliance:** Sellers must honor Uczon’s standard customer return policy. If a buyer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the seller is liable to accept the return.
* **Category Exceptions:**
  * **Perfumes & Ittar:** Returns are not accepted if the product seal is broken or if the product has been used/sprayed, due to hygiene reasons, unless it arrived leaked or broken.
  * **Electronics:** High-value items like laptops require valid continuous unboxing video proof from the customer to claim transit damage. Sellers must coordinate with Uczon admin to evaluate these claims.
* **Professional Communication:** All interactions with customers or support agents via platform messaging tools must remain strictly professional, polite, and solution-oriented.

## 6. Financial Payouts & Commission
* **Platform Fee:** Uczon deducts a predefined marketplace commission fee from the successful delivery value of each order, as agreed upon during the seller onboarding process.
* **Payout Disbursements:** Earnings from successfully completed orders (where the customer return window has safely expired) will be transferred directly to the seller’s verified bank account according to the platform's scheduled weekly/bi-weekly payout cycle.

## 7. Policy Violations & Account Penalties
Failure to follow these guidelines disrupts the marketplace ecosystem. Uczon actively monitors performance metrics (e.g., high cancellation rates, delayed fulfillment, or negative buyer reviews) and reserves the right to enforce the following:
1. **Tier 1:** Formal warning letters and temporary suppression of product listings.
2. **Tier 2:** Temporary suspension of selling privileges and shop visibility.
3. **Tier 3:** Permanent account ban, shop deletion, and permanent withholding of funds in severe cases of fraud, counterfeit distribution, or abusive behavior.
