1. Return Window
* You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
* Items received beyond this period are no longer eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
* The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
* The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.
* For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain categories such as opened perfumes/ittar or personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
* For used or refurbished electronics (like second-hand laptops), returns are accepted only if the product has a functional defect not mentioned in the product description at the time of purchase.

3. Proof of Purchase
* To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase from Uczon.

4. Refunds Process
* Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
* We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/wallet as agreed).
* The refund processing time may take 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs
* If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong product, damaged product, or defective item), Uczon or the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
* If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
